The Vision and Heart of this conference is:
To encourage, refresh and strengthen Sr. Pastors and their wives in their relationship with Jesus and their calling in marriage and ministry.
We’ll do this by:
• Creating a safe and Spirit-led space for meaningful connection in smaller groups around tables.
• Bringing encouraging and timely messages from God’s Word.
• Making room for worship and waiting on the Holy Spirit in times of intentional response.
Our hope is that every pastor and wife would go home closer to Jesus, renewed in heart and body, strengthened in friendship, and freshly equipped to love and lead their churches well.”
Our Hosts — Rob & Denise Salvato
In 2024, the Lord stirred Pastor Rob’s heart to host a gathering designed specifically for senior pastors and their wives — a place to be encouraged, refreshed, and strengthened together. Rob and Denise share a deep passion to see ministry couples thrive in life, marriage, and ministry.
For the past 30 years, Rob has served as Senior Pastor of Calvary Vista, where Denise has faithfully led and discipled women. Over those decades, God has built Calvary Vista into a healthy, vibrant church impacting its community and helping to plant 19 churches around the world. In recent years, God has given Rob and Denise a deep passion to help and care for Sr. Pastors and their wives through mentoring and annual cohort gatherings. Having firsthand knowledge of the unique challenges and wounds associated with the role, they began to imagine a conference specifically committed to the flourishing of the couples who fill this unique position.
Their prayer is that this conference would be one more way the Lord strengthens and refreshes those who serve Him.
